Formed in 2019 by Kevin Thomas & Leonard Morrissey, after extensive market research within the recruitment industry and the impact social media has had on each generation. Our purpose was to become rule breakers within the industry by modernizing the recruitment process by leveraging social media & digital marketing, along with aggressive rates within the sector.
RECOGNITION
Our business plan was focused on our customer journey and the product we delivered. We have successfully tested our business model during our first three years and are currently in the process of scaling.
ENTERPRISE IRELAND
In October 2021 we partnered with Enterprise Ireland due to our modern business model and our scalability potential.
SFA AWARDS
In December 2022 we were shortlisted for the SFA Awards in two categories, Innovators of the Year & Small Business of the Year.
ALL-IRELAND
In March 2021 we received accreditation from the All-Ireland Business All-Stars as Digital Recruitment Agency of the Year.
OUR SUCCESS
We successfully tested our model for over two years across a diverse range of industries, such as, Logistics, Tech, Sales, Customer Service, Retail, Engineering, Construction, Childcare and much more.
OUR VISION
While researching the sector we spoke with a high volume of customers using the recruitment agency model. The feedback we received consistently highlighted three negative issues.
COSTS
The cost to hire was increasing with increased rates and salaries. We decided we wanted to create a business model that would provide the lowest rates in the market and we achieved it by leveraging social media and bringing a fresh approach to the recruitment industry.
QUALITY
Poor quality CV’s being received with a focus on volume over quality. We aim to provide our customers with the best matches for their business simplifying the selection process by early elimination and committing to an 80% interview conversion.
NO SHOWS
The frustration and time wasted with candidates not showing up for interviews, highlighting the focus on quantity over quality. We put together a confirmation process that helps us keep our candidate attendance at a consistent 90%.
